Peter is new to G2 Data Dynamics, having come from developing real-time communications infrastructure, delivery, messaging and analysis for Audi UK.
Whilst he is new to the agency, has been involved in CRM since before it was ever known by that acronym. He has worked across both sides of the fence as agency and client, as well as sitting astride it as a consultant! Examples of organizations he has worked for/with:

Peter’s role in defining communications strategies with clients is to help bring the resources together to create multi-channel brand building communications, based on actionable customer insight provided by real-time data – with the overriding objective being to link intention to purchase behaviour.
This will often involve partnering customer insight with new and/or emerging media, as well as bringing traditional communications to life, making them more accountable in the process.
Peter has worked across a variety of industries including automotive, financial services, online entertainment, consumer electronics, technology BTB and many others, and as a result he will work across all clients putting customer journeys at the heart of communications planning.
